Products will generally ship by ground within 3-5 business days from purchase date. Typical shipping times within continental North America is approximately 6-9 business days. Shipping is free unless otherwise noted (applicable to most locations within North America). Some exceptions will apply that are outside of our couriers’ regular service area and will be subject to shipping charges.

All standard sized products will be shipped via UPS and DHL. All oversize packages will be shipped via local trucking company.

Rush shipping is available for additional charge.



Always inspect your product before signing. If the product arrives damaged DO NOT SIGN FOR IT. Reject the package and have it returned to sender. If the product is signed for, the liability falls on the purchaser to file a claim with the shipping company.



USA Shipments are tax free. Purchases in Canada are subject to 5% GST and individual provincial regulations.



Returns are accepted for purchase of new products within 7 days of receipt. Customer must have authorization to return goods and item must eligible for return. Purchaser is responsible for shipping fees to and from their location for return. Returns are not accepted on demos, sales samples or used products. Please contact info@lochsidecycles.com to obtain a RA before returning.



At Lochside Cycles we stand behind the bikes we build. Our bikes have a one year warranty on the frame and fork. All other components have a limited warranty to be free from manufacturing defects for 60 days. NOT included in the warranty are: Improper assembly/maintenance, paint or finish, cosmetics, and general wear & tear. PLEASE NOTE: Cranks, pedals, threads etc. that are stripped due to parts not being tightened properly by the rider are void of warranty. We recommend all bikes purchased be assembled by a certified bike shop mechanic.
